Hexagon Cup arrives in Spain, a new and innovative padel tournament
Challenge
To launch Hexagon Cup in Spain, a new padel tournament that comes with the ambitious goal of becoming one of the main milestones in the sports calendar of this discipline worldwide. To achieve this, it is key to implement a communication strategy to enhance the visibility of the tournament.
What are we doing?
In order to raise awareness of this new tournament to be held in Madrid in early 2024, we have developed a communication strategy that cemented the visibility of Hexagon Cup in the media and, therefore, positioned in the Top of Mind of the Society as a reference event they cannot miss.
For this, and based on the main messages and key factors that differentiate Hexagon Cup from other tournaments such as innovation and inclusiveness, among others, we carried out the following communication activations:
- Communication plan: sending of contents to announce corporate milestones (confirmed teams, opening of the draft, etc.).
- Spokesperson positioning: specific plan to give visibility to our messages through interviews, stands, etc.
- Press events: presentation of the tournament at the Madrid City Hall in the presence of the Mayor, celebration of the draw, launching of a court in Colón.
- Press office during the tournament
