First edition of the e-FP Awards
Dissemination of its e-FP training programme, aimed at FP (vocational training) students
THE BRIEF
the crisis triggered by Covid-19 prevented the organisation from holding the Awards ceremony in person.
e-FP asked us to use our capacity to innovate and provide them a solution to holding this event, which featured a large number of participants, either virtually or in semi-attendance.
Objectives

- Give visibility to the finalists of the programme’s first edition as well as to their projects
- Reinforce the message that Vocational Training is an attractive option and invite young people to continue educating themselves, choosing this training modality
- Showcase the companies and institutions that support Vocational Training through this initiative
- Present the e-FP programme among the teaching community
The strategy
The key factor was adapting the event, initially designed to be held in-person, to the online environment. Always bearing in mind the client’s objectives and the characteristics offered by this new scenario.
The solution
Holding a semi-attendance event via streaming, broadcasting it through the programme’s YouTube channel and other social media. When developing it, a conscientious effort was made in establishing the spokespersons, the thematic blocks and times, with the aim of including all the event’s participants and meeting our client’s objectives.
Thanks to this effort and the vast technical staging we provided, we were able to simulate a real television studio with on-site and remote participants.
SUCCESS / DATA
High participation and attendance to the event
"From now on, many events will be carried out in hybrid format, with remote and in-person attendees, allowing us to broaden our audience and our clients' monetising possibilities. And helping them achieve this will be a huge motivation for Evercom."
