Liberty Seguros needs to design an internal communication strategy to share with its teams

OBJECTIVES

Project internally an innovative company with the capacity to continue growing, foster internal cohesion between the teams in the three countries and strengthen a genuine digital culture.

THE STRATEGY

Multi-format online content strategy reinforced by participatory initiatives where key executives can explain the major change about to take place at Liberty Seguros.

THE SOLUTION

In order to convey the important stage that Liberty Seguros was about to begin across teams in a simple and attractive way, we chose a digital strategy of enriched content and new formats and launched new participatory initiatives:

  • Creation of a new interactive newsletter using the Genially tool and incorporating gaming options
  • Informative infographics
  • Town halls led by the CEO and other senior executives for all Group employees (Spain, Portugal and Ireland)
  • Corporate videos
