New design and development of the website of the Association representing the digital industry sector in Spain

Remodel its main digital asset for a user-centred design, corporate-focused content and SEO, as well as update the site’s technology
Objectives
Produce an updated website representing AMETIC’s activity and automatic migration of more than 2,500 pieces of content
The strategy
Full team planning from the beginning of the project.
We planned the project based on its verticals, forming a multidisciplinary team to work on content, design and development.
The solution
We used different design tools to facilitate approval of the pages by AMETIC, we set weekly checkpoints to make sure all stakeholders were conscious of the pace, and we acted quickly by applying solutions that were not foreseen at the beginning of the project so that AMETIC could streamline its service.
