THE BRIEF

E-GAP, the Euroopean Company that has launched the first fast, urban, mobile and on-demand charging service, presents its latest electric vehicle charging solution in Torino

Objectives

To manage the presence of Spanish TIER 1 media at the Pininfarina offices in Torino to cover the launch of the revolutionary new E-GAP FAST, the first ultra-fast charging station designed by Pininfarina and developed by the E-GAP Engineering team.

The strategy

To contact with the main journalists of the motor sections of the main Spanish media, both written press, television and radio.

We also work in coordination with the E-GAP Italy communication team for managing the launch, the agenda of the event and the press release.

The solution

Before the event

  • To elaborate a press call in coordination with the European E-GAP communication teams.
  • Follow up and contact the most relevant Spanish journalists from the motori sections of the main TIER 1 media.
  • Manage the agenda of the journalists attending the event

During the event

  • Accompanying the invited journalists
  • Attending the presentation and dealing with press enquiries

After the event

  • Translating, adapting and sending the press release prepared by the E-GAP Italy communications team
  • Providing materials to journalists invited to the event
  • Managing other qualitative opportunities with media that, due to scheduling problems, could not attend the event.
