To continue working on InfoJobs’ positioning as the leader in Spain’s labour market, reinforcing the company’s expert role through a public relations, communication and institutional relations plan.
Objectives
Evercom, as InfoJobs’ strategic partner within the scope of marketing and communication, developed a comprehensive communication and public relations plan aimed at reinforcing InfoJobs’ positioning as the leader in Spain’s labour market and raising the brand’s position as a benchmark in trends related to employment and people’s working life.

The strategy
Evercom is working on a comprehensive communication plan and a new strategy for InfoJobs that will contribute to the brand’s awareness as well as it continuing to be a benchmark for the media and KOLs.
This plan also seeks to make InfoJobs the preferred brand and, as a result, attract anyone who is searching for a job or wants to improve by means of a Brand awareness strategy, generating engagement and advocacy.
The Solution
The project works on several levels, which cover the relationship with the media, the public relations plan, developing a corporate positioning manual, managing new partnerships and managing the company’s corporate events, among others.
A 360-degree communication plan that, in addition to reinforcing InfoJobs’ positioning as Spain’s leading employment platform in Spain, revolves around the brand’s messages and territories: effectiveness & matching, leadership & expertise, trust & security and innovation.
SUCCESS / DATA
Being able to lead such a long-term project and to manage the communication of a leading company in its sector that is as sound as InfoJobs, with the aim of helping people find better employment opportunities and companies find the talent they need, is hugely motivating. After 3 years working with the company on an awareness and reputation plan, the time has come to go one step beyond and work shoulder-to-shoulder with InfoJobs on raising the company's communication strategy to another level.
