Consolidate the omnichannel strategic approach to communication by optimising emailing to Club members.

The strategy

Establish a calendarised emailing plan, with short- and long-term objectives, and re-style these with the aim of aligning them with the rest of the materials under the Club’s new image.

The solution

The solution for this project consisted of:

  • Creating a scheduled monthly newsletter with the main topics: highlighting the most important events for each area, creating a hierarchy of information.
  • Supplementing these monthly newsletters with special newsletters to cover more important topics that need their own space, without exceeding 2-3 newsletters per month.
  • Graphic design of a template for the monthly newsletter to streamline these types of mailings and bolster the new look and feel.
  • Graphic adaptation of specific newsletters.

Continuity of 1 monthly newsletter with Port and Club news, specific mailings for special communications and increased engagement with members.
