  • Convey the company’s proximity to the public.
  • Demonstrate Crèdit Andorrà’s commitment to the country of Andorra.
  • Communicate the bank’s commitment to innovation and the digital transformation of its services.

The strategy

We created a fully customised strategy based on 4 pillars.

  • Identify the starting point and the needs of the brand and devise the best proposal to meet them.
  • Locate the main brand territories to disseminate.
  • Define the communication, messages and formats for each communication channel, adapting and orienting them to the target identified in each platform.
  • Conduct an exhaustive follow-up on the actions performed while extracting best practices and points for improvement and implementing these insights in the following proposals.

The solution

Strengthen the communication channel between Evercom and Crèdit Andorrà and actively listen to the evolution of their needs and perceptions while adjusting actions and movements.

In addition, anticipating possible scenarios while coordinating actions between the Digital and PR teams has been key to communicating the actions executed by the entity in real time.

SUCCESS IN THE DATA

At the beginning of 2022, a series of objectives were set for the year which measured both the growth of the audience in the digital channels and the increase in user interaction with the content offered. In this sense, engagement was one of the most important indicators pursued by this client. Some of the results are:
