Objectives

Establish a useful, effective and proximate internal communication strategy.

The estrategy

The combination of a battery of methodological tools that would allow us to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the use, acceptability and effectiveness of the company’s internal communication action.

The solution

The following methodological tools were used for data collection and analysis:

  • Online survey of dozens of employees
  • Semi-structured in-depth personal interviews
  • Analysis of internal channels, supports and content
