Objectives
Establish a useful, effective and proximate internal communication strategy.
The estrategy
The combination of a battery of methodological tools that would allow us to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the use, acceptability and effectiveness of the company’s internal communication action.
The solution
The following methodological tools were used for data collection and analysis:
- Online survey of dozens of employees
- Semi-structured in-depth personal interviews
- Analysis of internal channels, supports and content
